Pumpkin Pie Blended Cold Brew
I love autumn it is my favorite season. I also love and crave all the wonderful pumpkin drinks at my local coffee shops but not the high price. I just cannot justify spending almost $8.00 for a coffee. With that said I decided to create one of my favorite fall drinks Pumpkin Pie Blended Cold Brew. I used my cold brew recipe; however, you can use your favorite cold brew or a couple shots of espresso would also work great. I have tried this recipe with very strong coffee, and it tasted just as great. This cold brew has just the right amount of pumpkin and coffee ratio. I blended the ingredients until smooth with a bit of ice which produced a delicious froth on top of the coffee. This drink will definitely satisfy my pumpkin cold brew cravings this fall.
